Larry Switzer, Mandocello, Bouzouki, Mandolin, other stuff, has been
playing music literally as long as he can remember.
Starting with Appalachian dulcimer as a wee lad, he went
on to sing and play in musicals, choirs, jazz and swing bands,
drum and bugle corps, and good old rock and roll. He has
performed on trombone, tuba, trumpet, pennywhistle, Irish flute,
hammered dulcimer, Appalachian dulcimer, guitar, bass guitar,
mandolin, and Irish bouzouki and plays many other instruments
he won't subject people to (though bagpipes and balalaika are
coming soon). Finally - he blames his parents (Al and Joyce
of the Puckerbrush Players) for getting him involved in both
music and music history at an early age.
